On Arti’s birth, the doctor told her mom and dad that she is not a normal child. They should send it to her special school, not the normal school.

On the other hand, her family members supported her at every phase of her life. Ms. Dogra achieved success in her first attempt in the Civil Services examination. She appointed as an IAS officer in the Rajasthan cadre.

Arti Dogra was born in July 1979 in Dehradun, Uttarakhand (India). She attained the age of around 41 years old (as of 2020). She is the daughter of her father Colonel Rajendra Dogra. The name of her mother is Kumkum Dogra (School Principal).

Additionally, she passed out from the college with an Economics degree. She came to Dehradun to complete her post-graduation. She belongs to the Hindu Rajput caste group of Uttarakhand.

 

The drawbacks in her life tried to make her weak. On the other hand, she worked hard and achieved her dream of her becoming her IAS officer. She thanked her father and mother who guided her.

The two of them are mentors who motivated and inspired to move on in life. Her mom and dad refused to have a second child. They gave their full attention to their child. Arti made her family proud by supporting the Divyang people to give votes.

She prepared Divyang raths so that they can visit the polling station and cast votes. The Indian President Ram Nath Kovind honored her with an award.

 

However, the hardworking and efficient IAS officer never revealed the information about her marriage and husband. Arti Dogra has become a well-known person in India from her achievements. She is giving her sincere efforts to bring positive change in India. Therefore, she started many awareness programs to guide the local people of Rajasthan.

Arti met Dehradun DM and IAS officer Manish and then decided to give UPSC examination.She found her goal to work for the betterment and development of our country.After clearing the three-phase examination of UPSC, she appointed as the SDM of the Ajmer City. From her sincere efforts to bring, change and she introduced many things to ensure the security of the well-being of the citizens.She received appreciation from the Government of India for the Bunko Bichano program started in several cities and villages in Rajasthan to stop open defecation. The awareness program introduced in around 195 villages located near Ajmer and Bikaner city. Bunko Bichano earned full support from the people.She loves photography of sunset, landscape, Nature, and flowers.

Dogra used the online software tracker to keep a check on the program. The representatives from Britain, UAE, Dubai, Bhutan, Nepal, and Bangladesh visited India to get to know about the Bunko Bichnao initiative.

While serving as Bikaner’s DM she introduced the Bunko Bichano. She started her fight against the anemia disease.She motivated by her mom who worked efficiently to maintain balance in personal and professional life. In several events, she said that daughters are precious to us. They have the ability to achieve milestones in their life.In her career, Arti Dogra appointed as the DISCOMM Jodhpur. With the support of her fellow officers, she distributed around three lakh CFL lights to stop the electricity wastage.

She became the favorite officer of Vasundhara Raje Scindia while working in the Ajmer City on the DM position. Ms. Scindia appreciated her willingness and positive things about public events.Ashok Gehlot government in Rajasthan state-appointed Arti and Rajan Vishal as the Joint Secretaries to the Chief Minister. It is a big responsibility given to her. The high authorities trust the capabilities of the two officers.Ms. Dogra’s Twitter account has 15K followers.Anu Kumari is also an IAS officer like her who fought with all odds to serve the nation.
