Rick Bright (born in 1972) is an American Public Health Officer and Immunologist from Hutchinson (Kansas, USA). He was former Director of the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (2016-2020).

After completing the high school studies, he did a Production Manager Job at the Research & Development Department of Osborn Laboratories.

In his college, he was a research assistant in Alabama Reference Lab. He conducted his research in the Flow Cytometry Department. In his career, he handled different roles in the private sector companies of the United States.

In addition to this, 78K Americans lost their lives. Rick Bright got a new role in the National Institute of Health. He filed the whistleblower complaint to President Trump on May 5, 2020, regarding the virus and vaccine progress.
