A middle-aged man named George hailed from Houston. He was usually traveling in his car on the roads of the Minneapolis area. However, a group of officers of the state police department suspected him and asked him to come out of the car. Floyd resisted doing so. Then, a former police officer Derek Chauvin had seen in the viral video.

He negatively used his power. Furthermore, he kneeled on the black man’s neck. He misused his skills and capability to control George. Chauvin continuously put pressure on the neck of the man.

An unknown bystander recorded the incident and created a video of it. He or She uploaded the viral video material on social media platforms. Then, the higher officials took action on them on May 26. All the four policemen behind the incident removed from their roles.

Tou Thao was born in 1980 (age 40 years old, as in 2020) in Laos. He and his mom, dad, and sister Kellie Chauvin belonged to the Hmong community. Thao with his family members lived in the refugee camps of Thailand. His sister faced a tough time in her first wedding.

The former state police officer did not reveal the information about his marriage and affair history. On the other hand, Tou Thao’s loving sister faced difficulties in her first marriage. 

Kellie blessed with two sons George Xiong from her former husband. Then, she found her soulmate, Derek Chauvin. Tou related to Derek as a brother-in-law.

Lamar and his pregnant girlfriend visited the doctor for the treatment. He encountered Thao on the road area. However, the police officers beat Fergusson severely and injured his girlfriend too.
